Travis’s father, Ed Kelce, revealed more details to ABC News 5 in Cleveland. He explained that the proposal actually happened about two weeks earlier in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He shared: “They were about to go out to dinner when Travis suggested having a glass of wine in the garden.
