According to reports, Jennifer died at her home in Tegucigalpa, the capital city of Honduras, after suffering what was believed to be an epileptic seizure. Her family later confirmed that she had been living with a health condition. Authorities explained that her death was considered natural, and because of that, no autopsy was carried out.

She worked as a presenter for the Honduran television channel CHTV, where she was loved for her lively and charismatic personality. At the same time, she was building a strong online community. Just hours before her sudden passing, she had posted a picture of herself on what looked like a pickleball court with the caption: Getting ready.
