Jose Mourinho the Fenerbahce manager has categorically denied speculation surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo’s potential transfer to the Turkish club.
With Ronaldo’s contract at Al Nassr nearing its end, rumors had been circulating that Jose Mourinho was keen to bring his fellow Portuguese compatriot back to European football.
However, Mourinho has emphatically debunked these claims, joking that Ronaldo’s only reasons for visiting Turkey would be to indulge in the local cuisine or to pay a visit to his old friend.

“The news about Cristiano Ronaldo joining Fenerbahce is simply ridiculous,” Mourinho asserted.
Mourinho playfully suggested that Ronaldo might stop by Istanbul to sample the city’s culinary delights, given its convenient location between Saudi Arabia and Portugal. Alternatively, he quipped that Ronaldo might visit to catch up with him over a meal at his hotel.
