Apostle Suleman, the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, has issued a stern warning to his male congregants, advising them against marrying women from outside the church.
During a recent sermon, Apostle Suleman emphasized the benefits of marrying within the church community, while also highlighting the potential risks of marrying outside.
In a video clip that has gone viral on social media, Apostle Suleman explicitly stated that he would no longer attend the weddings of members who choose to marry women from other churches.
He reasoned that there are numerous eligible women within the church who would make suitable partners.
Suleman’s warning was also motivated by his experience in handling marital crises within the church.
He revealed that a significant majority of the issues he has addressed in recent months involved couples who married partners from outside the church.
“70% of the crisis I have handled in the past two months is from people that married the girls from outside here,” he noted.
By issuing this warning, Apostle Johnson Suleman aims to encourage his members to prioritize marrying within the church community, potentially minimizing the risk of marital conflicts and strengthening the bonds within the congregation.
