Education & Early Aspirations

Zahra Buhari received her early education at Kaduna International School, followed by secondary studies at British School of Lomé, Togo, and preparatory school at Bellerbys College in the UK. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Microbiology from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, showcasing academic excellence grounded in both Nigerian and British educational traditions.

Humanitarian & Social Engagement

Though trained in microbiology, Zahra Buhari shifted her focus to humanitarian causes. She founded ACE Charity Africa (Assisting, Caring & Empowering), an NGO dedicated to supporting children with sickle cell disease, facilitating free medical treatments, educational support, and economic empowerment for vulnerable families across Nigeria.

Her broader advocacy spans maternal health, youth empowerment, and educational inclusion; making Zahra Buhari a recognized figure in grassroots social transformation and child-centered philanthropy.

Marriage & Family Life

On December 2016, Zahra Buhari married Ahmed Indimi, son of billionaire businessman Mohammed Indimi. She is active on social media, using her platform to raise awareness on health equity, youth inclusion, and systemic empowerment. While she does not hold political office, her campaigns and voice reflect influence rooted in compassion and tradition.
