Seyi Tinubu, President Bola Tinubu’s son has received yet another endorsement from the Minister of Youth Development Ayodele Olawande, as the potential next governor of Lagos State.
Olawande believes Seyi Tinubu has the qualifications and experience to lead Lagos, citing his commitment to helping youths even before his father became President.
During an appearance on the Mic On podcast with Seun Okinbaloye, Olawande addressed rumors surrounding Seyi Tinubu’s possible 2027 gubernatorial run.
He emphasized that Seyi is not too young for the position and is not spearheading the campaign himself.
Several groups, including the Coalition of Nigerian Youth Leaders (CONYL), have already endorsed Seyi to succeed Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2027.
