Rashidi Adewolu “Rasheed” Ladoja (born 25 September 1944 in Gambari, Ibadan) is a Nigerian businessman-turned-politician who served as Governor of Oyo State from May 2003 until his impeachment in January 2006, and was reinstated by the Supreme Court in December 2006, finishing his term in May 2007. An alumnus of the University of Liège with a degree in chemical engineering, he worked with Total Nigeria for 13 years before launching ventures in shipping, manufacturing, banking, agriculture and transportation.

He began his political career as a senator in 1993, later winning the 2003 gubernatorial election under the PDP after defeating Lam Adesina. Post-governorship saw him entangled in EFCC investigations over alleged fund diversion (charges later closed or dropped), and he contested further elections under Accord and ADC before joining Zenith Labour Party in 2018. In 2024 he was crowned Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, and following the death of the 43rd Olubadan in July 2025, he is poised to ascend as the 44th Olubadan.
