Justice James Omotosho, on Thursday, directed operatives of the State Security Service (SSS) to remove Nnamdi Kanu from the courtroom due to his unruly conduct.
The judge issued the order after Kanu insisted that the scheduled judgment would not go ahead, repeatedly disrupting the proceedings.
Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), refused to leave the courtroom despite attempts by DSS officials to persuade him to comply with the court’s directive.
Following his continued defiance, Justice Omotosho stood the matter down and instructed security personnel to escort him out of the courtroom.
