Babafemi Ojudu, a former special adviser to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, has made a shocking revelation about his involvement in the impeachment of former Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose.
According to Babafemi Ojudu, he masterminded the impeachment plot with the support of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
Ojudu disclosed that he exploited the weaknesses in Fayose’s administration, leveraging his connections and resources to orchestrate the impeachment.
He allegedly took lawmakers to Lagos, where he hosted them in hotels and provided for their needs, ultimately securing their support for the impeachment.

He also found himself at the center of a libel lawsuit filed by Fayose, with renowned lawyer Femi Falana representing him.
The court ultimately ruled in Babafemi Ojudu’s favor, with Justice Daramola delivering a damning verdict on Fayose’s character.
